SHIPPING POLICY

Each gift box is hand packaged with love in a kraft mailer with crinkle and tissue paper. Orders are shipped using standard flat rate shipping costs within 3-5 business days upon receiving your order. Free local pick up is available in North Burnaby or Delta, BC. Please email info@withlovegriefgifts.com to enquire about local pick up options.
Gifts in the First Year bundles will ship on March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st, or the following business day if falls on a weekend or holiday.
Please email us to inquire about International shipping outside of North America.
We are not held liable for packages lost due to customer error inputting shipping addresses or returned packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns at With Love & all sales are final. However, customer service is very important to us, and if you have a problem with your product or are dissatisfied in any way, we will happily address your concerns, and do our best to rectify the situation.
